What happens next if we want to book?
Simply fill out our enquiry form and we'll be in touch within 24 hours to check your date, answer any questions and talk you through the next steps.
A £300 booking fee secures the date. This is then deducted from your final balance.
Do you offer bespoke collections?
Yes, every wedding is unique and we're happening to create a collection that's perfect for you.
Can we book photography or film separately?
Absolutely. You can choose photography, film or joint.
What does all day coverage mean?
From getting ready in the morning right through to your first dance and beyond.
Can you capture both of us getting ready?
Yes, if you’re getting ready at the same venue, we’re able to capture both of your mornings. If you’re getting ready separately and would like full coverage of both preparations, we’d recommend adding a second shooter.
Yes, weather and venue permitting. Drones allow us to capture beautiful aerial perspectives.
Who will be there on the wedding day?
We’re a husband and wife team, so it’ll be the two of us capturing your day together, Jess on photography and Jonathan on film. Working as a team means everything flows naturally, with both photo and video captured seamlessly throughout the day.
Yes! We're available for weddings all over the UK.
Yes, all travel within the UK is included in our collections.
When will our gallery be ready?
You full gallery will be delivery within 12-16 weeks. We always aim for the shorter end!
Yes, depending on the collection you book, you may receive a selection of teaser images or a short teaser film shortly after your wedding day, so you have something to relive and share while the full gallery or films are being carefully edited.
How are the galleries delivered?
Your galleries are delivered via a private online gallery to view, download and share.
Everything is delivered through a beautifully designed online gallery, giving you the best possible viewing experience across all devices. Your full gallery can be downloaded and shared with friends and family, with unlimited downloads.
If an album is something of interest, we're happy to recommend trusted album suppliers or provide a bespoke quote for a professionally designed wedding album.
What happens if your equipment breaks?
We always carry professional backup equipment with us on a wedding day, including multiple cameras, lenses, memory cards, audio recorders, and hard drives. Your images and films are also backed up throughout the editing process to keep everything safe and secure.
Can we choose our own music for the films?
We completely understand wanting to use songs that feel personal to you. Due to copyright licensing, we’re unable to use commercial music (such as Michael Bublé or other chart artists) in wedding films shared online.
Instead, we carefully choose licensed music that matches the feel and emotion of your day while ensuring your film can be shared safely across platforms.
Will our wedding be shared on your website or social media?
We love sharing highlights from the weddings we capture, as it helps future couples see our work and storytelling style. However, we completely understand that every wedding is personal, so if you’d prefer your images or films to remain private, just let us know — we’ll always respect your wishes.
