FREQUENTLY ASKED

QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES 'ALL DAY COVERAGE' MEAN?

Our all day coverage starts from 3 hours prior to your ceremony, arriving at your preparation location. We are then with you for as long as we need to be. This is typically up to an hour after your first dance. If you are arranging something for the evening of your celebrations, such as a firework display, we would stay to ensure this is captured.

DO YOU NEED TO VISIT MY VENUE IN ADVANCE?

We have been privileged enough to visit a number of venues in our time in the wedding industry. Arriving 3 hours prior to your ceremony, allows us to explore the venue, get to know the staff and discover everything we need to know about the venue. For every wedding, we do research before we show up. This, combined with your insight, is all we need.

DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS?

Our delivery is currently a fully digital experience, allowing you to see everything in the best possible way. Everything in your final gallery is free for you and all your guests to download and print. We can recommend album manufacturers to you and if you are looking for an album to be designed, we can offer you a bespoke quote.

WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL?

Travel within the UK is included in all of our packages. If you are getting married abroad and would like us to capture your wedding, we can offer a bespoke quote.

WHEN WILL OUR FILMS & PHOTOS BE READY?

Our process after a wedding is not a rushed one, with care and attention to detail put into every photo and film. We aim to deliver your full gallery between 12 and 16 weeks after your wedding. Depending on the time of year, it can sometimes be shorter than this. Sneak peek photos and a teaser film are offered in the majority of our packages, allowing you to see a snapshot of your day within just a few days.

CAN YOU CAPTURE BOTH OF US GETTING READY?

If you and your partner are getting ready at the same venue, we can usually find a moment to get to see you both. If you are getting ready at separate locations, this is where our hybrid or second shooter options are perfect. They would start their day with your partner and then head to the ceremony.

WHAT DOES 'FULL COVERAGE OF CEREMONY & SPEECHES' MEAN?

We capture your ceremony and speeches in full and provide them in your gallery as separate films. This allows you to go back and watch both in their entirety.

DO YOU USE A DRONE?

Drone footage is included with all of our joint and video packages. This is subject to approval from the venue, along with the weather being favourable for us to fly.

WE WANT TO BOOK. WHAT ARE THE NEXT STEPS?

When you decide you would love to book us, we send a proposal, with all the necessary paperwork. To book, a £300 booking fee is taken to secure the date, with the balance due 1 month prior to the day. We are then by your side the whole way through your planning, on hand to answer any questions, or give any recommendations you may need.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EQUIPMENT BREAKS?

We have lots of backup equipment with us should anything happen to any of main equipment.

CAN WE HAVE A MICHAEL BUBLE SONG IN OUR FILM?

Much as Jonathan loves a bit of Michael, unfortunately not, due to copyright reasons we are unable to use commercial music in our films. Choosing the perfect music to use in your films is a really important part of the process, we have access to a database of independent music producers who we pay to licence their music already included in the cost of your film.

WILL YOU BE USING OUR IMAGES ON YOUR WEBSITE, INSTAGRAM, ETC...?

Yes, we may share some of your images and films as part of our portfolio, it’s how our couples can get an understanding of what we are about and what we do. If this is an issue please let us know when you book and we can ensure your day stays away from our socials.
